Your base rental fee includes delivery, installation, takedown, and pickup of the yard card for a 24-hour period. Additional fees may be assessed for extended rental periods, special orders, and delivery to locations outside our general service area.
Your yard card rental is installed on your reservation date during a delivery window between 8:00AM - 7:00PM.Â
*PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee arrival time or completion time. We may arrive AT ANY TIME WITHIN this window to begin our set-up. Times may vary depending upon daylight savings time.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PREFERRED DATE IS AVAILABLE?
ANSWER:
Our website automatically determines if a date is available based on real-time tracking.
In the event your preferred date is booked, we will do our best to accommodate you but we can only honor your request based on the availability of our inventory and personnel. If we're able to accommodate a last-minute order, a RUSH FEE will be assessed.
*We highly recommend reserving your yard card at least 2 weeks in advance.*

We currently service locations in Dacula, Mulberry, Auburn, Carl, Bethlehem, Winder, Buford, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, Duluth, Peachtree Corners, Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Hoschton, Braselton, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Grayson, Loganville, Monroe, and Snellville.
If you receive an 'OUR APOLOGIES! WE DON'T SERVICE THIS AREA' notification, we may consider delivering to an address within a 10-mile radius outside our service area, with an additional fee starting at $50.00.Â

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
ANSWER:
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Cash App via Stripe.
Full payment of the rental fee is due at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation and confirm your date.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING YARD CARD INSTALLATION?
ANSWER:
Please mow and trim your lawn prior to your yard card installation and notify your lawn servicer to discontinue service for the duration of your yard card rental.
Water your lawn for at least 30 minutes the night before. Please note, if your lawn is too dry, hard, and/or very rocky, we may be forced to make changes to the original setup or we may not be able to install the yard card display at all. Any necessary changes will be discussed with you.
Ensure sprinklers are off at the time of installation as well as the duration of the rental period.
Please remove pets and their waste from the area where the yard card will be installed.
For your safety, please stay inside while your yard card is being installed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY YARD CARD INSTALLATION?
ANSWER:
In the event you need to cancel your order and provide us with at least a 72-hour notice prior to your scheduled installation date, you will receive a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours of your scheduled installation date will be credited 50% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability.
The Yard Card Pro LLC will not issue refunds or credits for the following:
Homeowner/recipient denies installation or requests an earlier removal/pickup time.
Errors that occur on order submission due to incorrect information entered by lessee.
We are denied access to a property, such as in a gated community.
Unrestrained animals that may pose a threat or endanger our safety.
The safety and concern of any representative of The Yard Card Pro LLC is at risk.
The lawn is too hard, very rocky, and/or dry, and the yard card cannot be installed.
Any other circumstance beyond our control which prevents The Yard Card Pro LLC from installing the yard card display upon our arrival.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING INCLEMENT WEATHER?
ANSWER:
We reserve the right to decline delivery, installation, or removal of the yard card if there is inclement weather - including but not limited to - lightning, thunderstorms, snow, ice, very cold or warm temperatures, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other act of God that would put our representatives or yard card displays in harm's way.
If we are unable to reschedule the date for the rental of the yard card, we will provide a credit equal to 100% of the rental fee to be applied towards a future rental, subject to the then current pricing and date availability.

AM I LIABLE FOR DAMAGE, THEFT, OR MISSING PIECES OF THE YARD CARD DURING MY RENTAL PERIOD?
ANSWER:
All signs, parts, components and accessories of the yard card display remain the property of The Yard Card Pro LLC while it is in your possession. If you have a specific location placement request, please send us an email at info@theyardcardpro.com with a detailed description along with photos of the area. We will try our best to honor your request; however, there are times some elements may prevent this from occurring (such as slope, tree roots, rocks, hard/dry soil, etc.), and placement of the yard card is then made at our discretion.Â
Once the yard card display is arranged and staked in place, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OR REPOSITION ANY SIGNS. Please give us a call if the yard card needs to be moved or picked up.
Following are other tips to avoid damage to the yard card display:
Lawn equipment and blowers should not be used on or around the yard card. Grass will cause stains to the signs.
Do not move, remove, or attach anything to the yard card, including but not limited to, tape, adhesive, glue, clips, balloons, streamers, silly string, and other signage.
For your safety and the safety of others, please do not play or allow anyone to play on or around the yard card as it may contain pointed corners and straight, sharp edges, and it will not support the weight of an adult, child, or animal.Â
The Yard Card Pro LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person, real property or personal property, including but not limited to the residence/structure, lawn, lawn accessories/components, sprinkler system and its components, flooring, and/or walls, during installation, the duration of the rental period, and/or removal of the yard card.
**Regardless if the yard card is delivered and installed at a location not owned or leased by you nor within your care, custody, or control, you understand and agree to pay charges equal to the full replacement value of each item if any components of the yard card display are damaged or missing during your rental period, and you will be invoiced for the cost to replace the item(s), which may exceed the rental fee you incurred.
